These starter terms apply to purchases and use of the Oran Velorian online store.
Oran Velorian only presents products for purchase when they are physically in our own stock and ready to ship. Oran Velorian Originals are separated from other products and should only be sold when clearly released as Oran Velorian products.
Products from other brands are not made by Oran Velorian unless clearly stated. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation. Oran Velorian may contact the customer if order information is incomplete, payment fails, stock cannot be confirmed, or there is another issue that prevents fulfillment.
Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Payment methods, taxes, shipping costs, and any duties or fees should be confirmed in the Shopify checkout before launch.
Shipping, returns, and refund details are described on the dedicated Shipping and Returns pages. Those pages should be reviewed by the owner before launch.
